In autumn of 2011 I spent thirty-one days living outdoors in a sculpture in the Mojave Desert, as part of Andrea Zittel's exhibition at the museum Magasin 3 in Stockholm. My daily activities were captured on camera, and sent to the museum as a live-feed display.
During this time I conducted my own experiments in challenging and testing a habitual framework for everyday life, in a setting vastly distinct from my home in Sweden. This book is a record of my time at Andrea Zittel ́s High Desert Test Sites, in Joshua Tree, documented down to the smallest detail in writing and photographs.
